| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of yisuiqinghuangsan for treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS).Method:25 patients in the treatment group were treated with Yisuiqinghuangsan.25 patients in the control group were treated with Cyclosporine A,Androgenand and Erythropoietin,some of them combined with Tretinoin, Thalidomide and Calcitriol.Two-month was a course of treatment.Clinical therapeutic effect was observed.Results:There was significant difference in the objective effect between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),It is means that the clinical effect of the treatment group was surpassed the control group.The clinical symptoms and the quantity of peripheral blood cell were proved in treatment group,but there were no differences in control group.Conclusion:①The evil factors which invaded into bone marrow as we weaked caused the disease.Yiqijieduquyu was a method of treatment.②Some patients gained the complete remission,and a majority of patients had the haematology improvement treated by Yisuiqinghuangsan.Peripheral cytopenias improved significantly,and the symptoms improved markedly.③Yisuiqinghuangsan has two-ways regulation on granulocytic series of bone marrow.Myeloblasts descended in disproportionate,but metagranulocytes increased in various degrees. Yisuiqinghuangsan can also stimulated erythropoiesis,but no inhibition in megakaryocyte lineage.④The symptoms for the deficiency of vital energy's were improved,and the quality of life was increased to some extent for the majority of patients who was treated by Yisuiqinghuangsan.⑤As not enough in viewing the number of cases,the current observation show us that the effectiveness of Yisuiqinghuangsan is unrelated to classication which was presented by the French-American-British(FAB) group.There are no differences between low risk (IPSS Low or Intermediate-1) and high risk(Intermediate-2 or high) in clinical effect. The effectiveness of Yisuiqinghuangsan is unrelated to the abnormality of chromosome polymorphism group or normal karyotype group.It is need to expand the test of cases further.Thus it can be seen that Yisuiqinghuangsan have a definite objective treatment efficacy on MDS.It is worth studing in depth. |
