| Objective:1.Measure the levels of VWF, ADMA, NO, LEP, APN in serum of different ty pes of on patients of impaired glucose regulation out-patients, to analyze the association with the levels of glucose, insulin,especially the relationship w ith insulin resistance and demonstrate the difference of three types of pre-di abetes.2. Observe the effects of Yi Qi Sheng Jin Huo Xue Capsule on the levels of A DMA, vWF, NO, LEP, APN.Methods:1. Search the correlation among the risk factors and the difference in different types of IGR patients through cross-sectional study.(1)76patients who were abnormal fasting blood glucose or/and with impaire d glucose regulation were recruited at the out-patient department. They were divided into three groups:IFG group which was composed of18persons,IGT gr oup,which is23, IFG/IGT group which is35. They were all measured on the comm on tests, such as the height,waist, value, hipvalue, BMI, HOMA-IR, ISI, HbAlc,TGTC, LDL-CL,HDL-C,hsCRP, ALT, AST,Cr. Calculate BMI,WHR,HOMA-IR, ISI, HOMA-β.(2)Blood was drawn from the above outpatients. The levels of vWF, ADMA, ADP, LEP were measured with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method, and NO with chemical method.Analyse the correlations between the above vascula r risk factors and glucose, insulin, HOMA-IR with simple and multiple linear regression analysis respectively.2.Effects of Yi Qi Sheng Jin Huo Xue Capsule on the levels of ADMA, vWF, NO, LEP, APN.Sixty-4.pre-diabetes out-patients were separated into two groups, which compose31,who received Chinese medicine, and33who did not,randomly to rec eive1years intervention with the Capsule of Chinese medicine or no medicin e intervention. Both groups underwent the diet and practicing therapies durin g the treatment.A75-g oral glucose tolerance test was conducted before and after the treatment. Levels of ADMA, vWF, NO,LEP,APN were measured and compared before and after treatment in two groups.Results:1.There were no significantly different levels of vWF,NO, LEP, APN am ong three groups (p>0.05).2.Analysis the correlation of ADMA, vWF,NO,LEP,APN with other indicators:ADMA negatively correlates with TG, LEP, not significantly with others indic ators.vWF doesn’t significantly correlate with any indicators.NO positively correlates to age, HbAlc, hsCRP. Leptin significantly correlaed with BMI, PC, FI NS,hsCRP,HOMA-IR. APN is significantly with age,BMI,INS,TG,HDL-C.3.In the group with lifestyle intervention,levels of ADMA in serum evalua ted significantly1year later (p<0.05),also significantly higher than the group with Chinese medicine. Level of Nutri Oxide in group of life interventi on evaluated after1year,while the other one is not. There is a significant difference between the both group.In the group with life intervention,level of APN statistically decreased significantly lower than the other one.Conclusions:1.There is no significant difference among the groups on the le vels of vWF,NO, LEP, APN.2.Levels of ADMA,vWF are not significantly correlated with any indicators in prediabetes.Level of NO positively correlate to age, HbAlc, TG,hsCRP in pred iabetes. Leptin positively correlates to BMI, FINSL, hsCRP,OMA-IR. APN positivel y correlates to age, BMI,2h PINS, TG, negatively to HDL-C.3. Yi Qi Sheng Jin Huo Xue Capsule doesn’t significantly work in the leves o f ADMA,vWF, NO, LEP, APN. |
