Objective:To discuss the cause of density decreasing in the acute pancreatitis combined with liver injuryMethod:35patients with combined with liver injury received CT and MRI paired observation before and after the treatment; The checking sequence is T2WI with fat suppression,T1WI in-phase;T1WI out-phase.Result:The CT value of35cases of patients with AP combined with liver injury decreased by various extent but recovered differently after treatment. MRI presented that the liver of35patients showed iso-intensity on T2WI with fat depression before and after the treatment. All the cases showed lightly hyperintensity on T1WI in-phase, there is no changes before and after the treatment. For the T1WI out-phase,10cases showed hypointensity,14cases lightly hypointensity and6cases iso-intensity5cases lightly hyperintensity before treatment while7cases showed hyperintensity,18cases lightly hyperintensity,5cases iso-intensity,2cases hypointensity and3cases lightly hypointensity. Before and after treatment in patients with CT values of t test, t=-7.226, P<0.01; Out-phase imagine before and after the treatment of chi-square test, χ2=26.890,P<0.01. There was statistically significantConclusion:the liver image characteristics of acute pancreatitis (AP) complicated by liver injury is satisfied that it was caused by the increased liver fat.
