Back Bleed Acupoints Cutem Joint Type Unusually Intense Pulsed Light Treatment Of Acne Clinical Studies

Purpose：Accordingtotheresultsoftheobservationwhichshowedtheimportentof the skin lesions of acne patients with the treatment and the recurrence,compare venesection and cupping joint intense pulsed light with intense pulsedlight only on curative effect of vulgaris acne.Make an objective evaluation ofthe clinical curative of the venesection and cupping joint intense pulsed lighttreatment on effect of acne vulgaris. Explore for a superior treatment,whichunite traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine,to improve therapeuticeffect,decurtate the treatment course,reduce the damage,decrease therecurrence.Material and method： We screende60cases with facial skin lesions fromacne patients of Medical Beauty out-patient of Liaoning University ofTraditional Chinese Medicine Affilated Hospital from April2011to January2012clinic to observe. The60patients were divide into two groups randomly.Thecontrol group with30cases, received the treatment of intense pulsed light;Treatment group with30cases, received the treatment of intense pulsed lightadd with venesection and cupping therapy.We set4weeks as a period oftreatment.After2periods of treatment compared the facial inflammatory skinsymptoms before and after to evaluate with the statistical standard results.And the situation of recurrence after8weeks were compared also.Results：1. Clinical cure rate of the treatment group was23.3％while of the controlgroup was16.7％；2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was96.7％while of the controlgroup was86.7％；3.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was6.7％while of the control group was33.3％；The cure rate,the total effective rate and the recurrence rate of the two groupsof are compared with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion：1. The venesection and cupping joint intense pulsed light therapy can obviouslyeliminate clinical symptoms of acne vulgaris,especially inflammatory stage；2. The venesection and cupping joint intense pulsed light therapy is better thanpure intense pulsed light treatment, have the advantages of short course, deputylittle injury, lower recurrence rate. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
