Objective: To observe the effect of Tong Xie Yao Fang together Shenling BaizhuPowder with Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction to retain the enema forUlcerative Colitis clinical efficacy, and explore and study of systems from boththeoretical and clinical aspects.Methods: Select40cases that met the inclusion criteria of the liver-Qistagnation and spleen deficiency type of Ulcerative Colitis, randomly dividedinto two groups, among then the treatment group in23cases, mainly use TongXie Yao Fang together with Shen Ling Baizhu Powder oral administration, withsymptoms and physical sign plus-minus, twice a day. Control group in17cases,Smecta for oral administration, twice a day. Both groups were at the same timebe decoction retention Enema, once a month for a course. Observe on the clinicaldifference between the two groups.Consequence: Two sets of statistical significance(P<0.05) in the treatmentgroup and the control group using the appropriate means of treatment and a monthlater, treatment group after treatment of intestinal mirror individual syndromesintegral were significantly lower than the control group, a statisticallysignificant(P<0.05), comprehensive, treatment group total effective rate of100%, control group total effective rate of58.8%, relapse rate of treatmentgroup is lower than the control group.Conclusion: By clinical observation not only illustrates the Tong Xie YaoFang together with Shenling Baizhu Powder oral administration with TraditionalChinese Medicine decoction in treatment of Ulcerative Colitis by retention enemawith significant, and low recurrence rate, also describes the treatment of liverstagnation and spleen deficiency type UC focused, and easy to use, applicationsecurity, found no significant adverse reactions. This research for personalizedtreatment of traditional Chinese medicine on the UC provides new evidence, but also for the treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine UC provides a new wayof thinking and methods.
