Purpose:Use tomifying qi and blood at the slow Qian decoction in thetreatment of chronic urticaria, and sorting out and analyzing the serum IgEeosinophil influence, this paper discusses tomifying qi and blood of thetreatment of chronic urticaria in effect mechanism, can for the treatment ofchronic urticaria of traditional Chinese medicine to provide the scientificbasis.Material and method:Through the observation of the treatment group (slowQian decoction daily1agent, every time100ml,2times a day morning andevening oral) and control group (oral hydrochloric acid for the west of both,and each10㎎once a day), two groups are therapy28d. Test cases of chronicurticaria before and after treatment of serum total IgE content and eosinophilcount. Watch slow Qian decoction, and hydrochloric acid for the west ofpolybenzoxazines treatment of chronic urticaria clinical curative effect,observation tomifying qi and blood (method to cases of chronic urticaria of serumtotal IgE content and eosinophil count influence, the mechanism for its effect.Results:1. Slow Qian decoction group clinical effects higher than those in the controlgroup (the effective rate was76.67%), the recurrence rate was significantlylower than the control group.2. atients with chronic urticaria serum IgE and eosinophil level wassignificantly higher than the normal before treatment, a period of treatment,the treatment group down significantly.Conclusion:1. Tomifying qi and blood method with slow Qian decoction in the treatmentof chronic urticaria have obvious curative effect.2. Slow Qian decoction can reduce cases of chronic urticaria serum IgE and eosinophil level.
