Purpose: To study the clinical curative effect of eye acupuncture therapyto IBS-D patients and its effect on living conditions and psychological statesof them.Material and method:IBS-CPSI, IBSQOL, SDS and SAS questionnaire methodswere taken to evaluate the effect of eye acupuncture with eye acupuncture asthe interference factor to select acupoints based on syndrome differentiation.Results:1. There are significant differences before and after treatment throughstatistic analysis (P<0.05%) in IBS-CPSI, IBSQOL, SDS and SAS. And the resultof after-treatment of IBS-CPSI, IBSQOL, SDS and SAS is lower than that ofbefore-treatment respectively.2. The clinical curative effect in this experiment shows:24recovery cases,accounting for40%;22excellent cases, accounting for36.7%;8valid cases,accounting for13.3%;6invalid cases, accounting for10%; The total effectiverate reaches90%; the curative effect of IBS-QOL shows:11clinical recoverycases, accounting for18.3%;14excellent cases, accounting for23.3%;27validcases, accounting for45%;8invalid cases, accounting for13.3%; The totaleffective rate comes to86.7%.Conclusion:Eye acupuncture therapy has distinctly improved the clinical symptoms ofIBS-D patients, and at the same time enhanced the quality of their life as wellas their anxiety and depression.
