| Objective:Through observation of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine preparation ShuDan Concentrated treatment after Cholecystolithotomy connotation stagnation of liver-Qi stagnation, damp-heat syndrome of clinical efficacy, clinical Cholecystolithotomy promote gallbladder function recovery of patients looking for a simple and effective treatment methods, to provide wide application of clinical theory.Methods:Select the60cases patients after Cholecystolithotomy, using a random number table approach. Patients are divided into groups A, B, and C, each set of20patients each..Each time after operation ShuDan Concentrate50ml in group A,2times a day and4weeks for a course of continuous medication; Group B after operation bear oxygen capsule500mg at a time,2times a day, the same medication for a course of4weeks in a row; Group C as a blank group, not taking medications after surgery. Three groups of medication and see1courses,1treatment course undergoing ultrasonography in patients with gallbladder contractive function of gall-bladder wall thickness and and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine the main symptom score.
