Purpose：To observe the effect of Shuganning trophoblastic tumor chemotherapyfor liver protection.Material and method：1. Collect from January2009to December2011inliaoning province tumor hospital doctor of65cases of patients with tumornourish cells, age25-38years old, with an average age of31.1years. Thepatients were as initial therapy, and aggressive for35cases hydatidiform mole,choriocarcinoma is30cases. According to the standard of FIGO stage: phase Ifor9cases, Ⅱ period for21cases, Ⅲ period for15cases, Ⅳ period for20cases.2. Are the pure chemotherapy, chemotherapy scheme selection FIGO2000years according to standard: low-risk patients choose single drug its5; Thehigh risk of its choice5+KSM combination chemotherapy,4of high-risk patientschoose EMA-CO scheme chemotherapy.3. Observation group at the beginning ofchemotherapy injection Shuganning (Guizhou Shui and Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.,the Zhunzi: Z20025660)20mL of5%glucose injection250mL daily an intravenousinfusion; the control group, chemotherapy,liver protection drugs. Observationgroup and control group began to oral chemotherapy during elevated transaminasebifendate, each25mg,3times a day oral administration.4. The two groups werenormal, to check liver function before chemotherapy, respectively, at1weekafter chemotherapy, two weeks to check liver function, were compared to changesin liver function.5. Application SPSS16.0statistical software, the measurementdata to the x±s, t test was used to count the data were compared with theχ2test.6. Indicators of liver function using ELISA.7. Observed a total of195courses were compared to changes in liver function and clinical cure rate.Results：1. The observation of liver function ALT (alanine aminotransferase) to changethan the control group decreased significantly (P <0.05). 2. Trophoblastic tumor chemotherapy plus a protective effect on the liver withtraditional Chinese medicine Shu Gan Ning.2. The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Shuganning while protecting theliver does not affect the chemotherapy plus chemotherapy in patients withtrophoblastic tumor.
