| Purpose：Weobservecurativeeffectoftreatingyoungandmiddle-agedcoronarydisease angina by taking jiawei shugan powder.Methods:We divided randomly81coronary disease angina patients into twogroups including treatment groups (42) and control groups (39), and givetreatment groups jiawei shugan powder, control groups antiplatelet and nitrateesters medications with30days course of treatment for each one.Result:The total effective rates of jiawei shugan powder treating angina is90.5%, which is notably higher than69.2%of control groups(P <0.05), and theprescription has obvious improvements in chest pain, choking sensation in chest,palpitation, irritable emotion, electrocardiogram, regulating blood fat. Ithas marked meaning comparing with control groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Curative effect of treating young and middle-aged coronarydisease angina by taking jiawei shugan powder is exact, which can improveelectrocardiogram and clinical symptoms, and regulating blood fat. |
