Rehabilitation Expectoration Drainage Technique Combined The Third Row Of Phlegm Decoction In Tracheal And Bronchial Tuberculosis Application Effect Of Observation After The Operation

Purpose:Applying sputumdrainage and Sān Zǐ Yǎng Qīn Tāng to make patients dischargephlegm smoothly and recover health earlier, who are after tracheal and bronchusoperations.Materials and methods:To collect60patients with tracheal and bronchus operations in Sierra leonefrom July to October of the year2010, and treat them with sputumdrainage andSān Zǐ Yǎng Qīn Tāng to make patients discharge phlegm after operations，andanalyze results finally. To divide patients into30control groups with normalmethods and30treatment groups with sputumdrainage and Sān Zǐ Yǎng Qīn Tāng,and observe effect of applying sputumdrainage and Sān Zǐ Yǎng Qīn Tāng to makepatients discharge phlegm after operations.Results:There is no significant difference during three days before and afteroperations between two groups. While treatment groups are superior to controlgroups in the forth day after treatment（p<0.05）and are obviously superior tocontrol groups in the fifth day after treatment（p<0.01）.The improvementsituation of treatment groups are much better than that of control groups.Conclusion:Applying sputumdrainage and Sān Zǐ Yǎng Qīn Tāng to make patients aftertracheal and bronchus operations recover health has a marked effect.
