The Electronic Commerce Application Research In Modern Hospital Economic Management

Along with the deeping development of the reform of medical and health serviceand the scale-expanding of medical institutions,especially faces up to the masses’ever-growing demand to the medicine service nowadays,the traditional operation modein hospitals can’t meet the requirements in new situations.Thus medical institutions mustfind out a suitable and efficient mode to guide the practice of hospital economicmanagement.In this case,Electronic Commerce(EC) and related technology which hasdeveloped vigorous in recent years offered great help,so the combination of them andspecific applications are becoming a serions topic to us.This dissertation point out the essential factors and characteristics of modernhospital economic management on the basis of analysis to the concept and developmentof EC,and discuss the close contact between EC and hospital economic management.Italso analyze the use of EC and accompanied interests through specific theories and actualcases,in addition to discuss typical defects and improve measures of hospital EC.This dissertation can be summarized as four parts:Chapter1:puts forward the chief problem and research background,main content,research methods and related theories;Chapter2:Introduces the definition and development process of EC,analyzes EC’sinternational advanced experience and development trend in China.Points out internalproblems and effective solution,highlights the important of information system inhospital EC;Chapter3:Discusses basic situation and defects of the old mode in hospitaleconomic management on the basis of three important economicelements(finace,material and information).Focuses on the analysis of the new featuresand new needs in hospital management in order to indicate the necessity and importanceof hospital EC;Chapter4: Researches Intranet-Internet and other classical theories methods alsowith the resulting benefits of hospital EC according to actual cases,point out somerepresentative problems and suitable suggestions for improvement at the same time.
