Objective To study the Pingle traditional Chinese medicine prevent lower limbs of deep vein thrombosis after hip replacement or knee replacement. Methods Patients of hip replacement or knee replacement randomly divided into experiment group or control group, each group of120cases. Postoperative of experiment group take traditional Chinese medicine,100ml/b.i.d, even served12days. Patients of control group inject low molecular heparin calcium after decannulation epidural cavity two hours, abdominal wall subcutaneous,4000IU, one a day, even served12days. Preoperative and postoperative observe content including: blood, urine, blood coagulation, kidney and liver function, electrocardiogram, the clinical symptoms and signs, the ultrasonography of lower limb deep vein, bleeding tendency, etc.110patients complete test in the experiment group of120cases, fall off8cases, and eliminate2cases.112patients complete test in the control group of120cases, fall off5cases, and eliminate3cases. The deep vein thrombosis occurring rate were10.91%(12/110) in experiment group. The deep vein thrombosis occurring rate were8.04%(9/112) in control group. The occurring rate of deep vein thrombosis was no significant differences between the experiment and control group (Pï¹¥0.05). Conclusion Huoxueling of Pingle traditional Chinese medicine quite with the low molecular heparin calcium in reduce blood coagulation risk and in prevention lower limbs of deep vein thrombosis, and better in prevention bleeding of postoperative.
