| Objective:To observation on buying huanwu decoction and taohongsiwu decoction on autologous transplantation in rabbits on blood rheology in rabbits after skin, tissue VEGF expression of microvessel density and amount of impact, study on effect of Yiqi huoxue TCM on skin graft survival rate mechanism。Methods:80New Zealand White rabbits by using random number tables are divided into4groups:groups of buying huanwu decoction (a group), of taohong siwu decoction in Group (b), the control group (Group c), empty groups (Group d). Back skin graft operation a,b,c group model, d group split belly flap, and then stitched without transplantation Modeled after the use of buyang huanwu decoction and taohongsiwu decoction in intervention a,b group two weeks respectively, c,d groups to feed the purified water. Seventh and14th day of taking specimens, respectively, general observation of skin, blood and blood rheology detection using double sandwich ELISA method for detecting tissue VEGF expression.Results:Group of BU Yang Huan Wu general observation of skin transplantation and taohong group, its healing well, less blood effuse, little dark and hard skin, subcutaneous connective tissue is abundant. Buyang huanwu group and taohongsiwu of whole blood viscosity in group compared with the control group blank group and significantly reduced differences more significant statistically (P<0.05), BU Yang Huan Wu-Tang group and taohongsiwu Wu-Tang Group (P>0.05) no statistically significant; Group and buyang huanwu taohong vascular density compared with control groups and improved the blank Group (P<0.05), there is significant statistically, BU Yang Huan Wu-Tang group and of taohong siwu decoction in comparison group (P>0.05) was not statistically significant; Group and buyang huanwu taohong expression VEHF in group compared with the control group and the space group (P<0.05) significant statistically, buyang huanwu group and intercomparison of taohong siwu group, expression of BU Yang Huan Wu-Tang group group of just over of taohong siwu decoction (P>0.05), but it was not statistically significant。Conclusion:the rabbit after autologous skin graft operation, through experiments proved that application of buyang huanwu decoction and taohongsiwu decoction drench rabbit seventh and14th days of Tin Hau, can significantly improve the buyang huanwu hemorheology in rabbits with experimental group and taohong group blood, reduce the viscosity of blood circulation and blood supply so as to improve the organization. Significantly increased the amount of VEGF expression in skin graft tissue, thus promoting the transplantation regional angiogenesis and improve neovascularization number. |
