Acupuncture as a traditional Chinese method of treatment, clinical effective for the treatment of post-stroke hemiplegia and spasticity, the advantages and mechanisms of its regulation was gradually discovered, Acupuncture effect has been ongoing and a lot of research work on the world, theacupuncture mechanism of action is still not satisfied. Scholars clinical trial results suggest that early acupuncture limb spasticity after the occurrence of certain acupuncture points can be the prevention of stroke and lower limb spasticity extent, thereby improving the quality of life after the disease should be carried out in-depth study on the mechanism of acupuncture prevention of stroke after spasm.Limb spasticity flaccid paralysis in this study through the preparation of the rat model of ischemic stroke, in order to observe the stroke involved in acupuncture treatment as a starting point to explore the effect of law on post-stroke spastic muscle tension, in order to clarify the early acupuncture interventionanti-convulsive effects of possible targets and the internal mechanism.Experimental:On the study of SD rats,SPF clean level, weight250g-280g, randomly divided into5groups:normal group, operations group, model, acupuncture jiaji acupoint group, baclofen group. Occlusion rats into MCAO model with modified line, and using Zea Longa-4scoring standard scores. After the success of the spasm modele made, in flaccid paralysis period(modeled on the2nd day give every group of5groups for different treatment. Treatment after7days, observed the change of endorphin and dynorphin levels in rat brain and spinal cord.Experimental results, striatum and spinal cord tissue, Jiaji point group and baclofen group of spinal cord beta endorphin water average; Jiaji point group and baclofen group data comparison, striatal beta endorphin levels increased considerably; Jiaji point group and baclofen group within the spinal cord dynorphin water average elevation of Jiaji; point group and baclofen group comparison between groups, within the spinal cord dynorphin levels increased considerably.Experimental conclusions for, by observation early acupuncture intervention clip Ridge points on MCAO rat model in the central nervous system within opioid sample material level of effect, came following several conclusions:1. The experimental results confirmed that improved the the Jiaji group striatum of β-endorphin content and spinal cord β-endorphin, dynorphin content, improved rat Zeal Longa score, in order to play the anti-acute strokeanticonvulsant immunomodulatory effects.2. Early acupuncture intervention Jiaji points through the regulation of central opioid levels, analysis its anticonvulsant mechanism is regulated through the central nervous system excitation and inhibition, and inhibition of upper motor neurons after spinal cord injury in active state, the central sedative effect. At the same time, the activation of the immune system, improve the lesion area of blood and oxygen supply, reduce neuronal damage, promotes energy metabolism and cell regeneration, anti-inflammatory, stress resistance, anti convulsion effect.3. Early acupuncture intervention with the prevention of disease complications and reduce the disease after body injury, confirmed that acupuncture benign adjustment mechanism is by starting the machine of endogenous homeostatic mechanisms, reduce stroke cell damage, protection and the mediation of extrapyramidal and pyramidal balance disorder disorders and other ways to achieve.4. It proved that the traditional acupuncture on Jiaji point method can prevent stroke after high muscular tension and acupuncture Jiaji therapy stroke scientific validity. For early clinical acupuncture intervention on spasticity after stroke provides basis.
