Objective:To explore the association of+10225C/G of adiponectin receptors1genetic polymorphism with type2diabetes mellitus and macroangiopathy in Chinese hans of Shanxi. To provide the basis of prevention and treatment of type2diabetes.Methods:The adiponectin+10225C/G of adiponectin receptors1polymorphism was identified by polymerase chain reaction with sequence specific primers (PCR-SSP) in99type2diabetes patients(include71male and28female without serious infection, kidney and liver function abnormal, diabetic ketoacidosis and other endocrine diseases.) and61healthy control subjects(include34male and27female without history of diabetes, the mean age was(52.5±12.56)years old. Their clinical parameters were also examined. The T2DM group was again divided into two groups:T2DM with macroangiopathy group and T2DM without macroangiopathy group. T2DM with macroangiopathy group:52patients were include,32male and20female, the mean age was(58.69±9.14)years old.T2DM without macroangiopathy group:47patients were include,39male and8female, the mean age was(51.53±13.00)years old.. All subjects Han nationality with no consanguinity, were in Shanxi Province.Results:1. There was significant difference in the distribution of genotypes frequencies of the+10225C/G of adiponectin receptors1genetic polymorphism between normal control group and type2diabetes(χ0.05,22=7.596, P=0.022). The frequencies of GG genotypes in type2diabetes were significantly higher than that in normal control group. There was statistical difference in the distribution of genotypes frequencies between type2diabetes and normal controls (χ0.05,2296, P=0.022). But that is not the normal group and T2DM group alleles overall difference was statistically significant (χ0.05,12=2.3, P=0.129). There was statistical difference in the distribution of genotypes frequencies of the+10225C/G of adiponectin receptors1genetic polymorphism between type2diabetes with macroangiopathy and type2diabetes without macroangiopathy (χ0.05,22=21.379, P<0.001). The frequencies of GG genotypes in T2DM with macroangiopathy group were significantly higher than that T2DM without macroangiopathy group. There was statistical difference in the distribution of alleles frequencies of the+10225C/G of adiponectin receptors1genetic polymorphism between type2diabetes with macroangiopathy and type2diabetes without macroangiopathy (χ0.05,12=21.479, P<0.001). The frequencies of G alleles in T2DM with macroangiopathy group were significantly higher than that T2DM without macroangiopathy group.2. In normal group of different genotypes of TC is statistically significant differences, outside of the normal group and diabetes unincorporated macroangiopathy group of genes from clinical parameters of phenotypes were no statistically significant differences. Diabetes combined with macroangiopathy group of genes from clinical parameters of phenotypes were no statistically significant differences. Conclusion It suggests that+10225C/G of adiponectin receptors1genetic polymorphism seems to a risk factor of Chinese type2diabetics and macroangiopathy.
