108 Cases Of Diabetic Patients With Depression Of Exploratory Research Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Object:Cross-sectional study on diabetes, find out depression in patients w ith diabetes mellitus as research subjects. Investigate characteristics of depression in patients with diabetes mellitus by mathematical statistics. d istribution regularity of depression in patients with diabetes mellitus’ sy ndromes.Methods:Taking400inpatients during2010.7-2011.10with type2diabetes i n Guang’ anmen Hospital, China Academic of Chinese Medical Science as basic subjects. investigate the diabetes mellitus with Self-rating Depression Sca le.108diabetes mellitus among them in depression are research subjects. Co llect the four methods of examination information of Chinese Traditional Me dicine and basic information such as Age、 marriage、 education background、 p rofession、 Duration of diabetes、 clinical symptoms、 tongue and pulse condi tion. Analyzing the characteristics of traditional Chinese medical syndrome and its dynamic evolution.Use the SPSS18.0software, to analyse clinical symptoms’ frequency. and find out the main symptoms of the research subject s.then classify all the symptoms into two groups. Finally analyse the two groups’ clinical symptoms and compare them with each other. Research the di abetes mellitus with depression’s differentiation symptoms and signs.Result:108cases of patients with diabetes mellitus and depression’s nine main symptoms of syndrome are:fatigue and shortness of breath (99.10%) fidget irritability (96.30%), depress ion (89.80%), thirsty and like drinking (87.00%), Insomnia (87.00%), palpi tat ions (80.60%), stool stem node (76.90%) forgetful (64.60%),loss of appetite (59.30%).
