ObjectIn recent years, with the development of medicine and hemodialysis technology, the treatment of hemodialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia has made a great progess. but hyperphosphatemia and its complications is still a challenging problem In clinical treatment, therefore the control of hyperphosphatemia is still a problem which is urgently needed to be solved for the hemodialysis patients. This sutdy plans to Improve clinical symptom of hemodialysis patients through providing a new, economic and effective treatment method in reducing serum phosphorus.MethodThe study selected40long-term stable hemodialysis patients and took single center prospective and self compare sudy method. On the base of maintaining all of the original treatment unchanged, all the selected patients orally took aixite. Then, comparisons before and after medication are made on serum phosphorus index and the nutritional index of hemoglobin, albumin, iPTH, CRP and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome.ResultsAi xi te can reduce the Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome and effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the dialysis patients. It can also reduce serum phosphorus of the patients.40percents of them’s serum phosphorus index is less than1.78mmol/L.It is a Significant difference compared with that before treatment.(P<0.05).The indexes of hemoglobin, albumin, iPTH and CRP fell slightly. But there is no significant difference compared with that before treatment(P>0.05) and no statistical significance.ConclusionTaking ai xi te orally is a new, economic and effective treatment method for improving clinical symptom of the dialysis patients s, and reducing serum phosphorus.
