Some regulating factors emerged. They did not change the working experience, but offset or magnified the influence of different experience instead. After experience regulated by different regulating factors, interviewees have different plans for their career. The research can be summarized as four major parts. The first part contains research background, research purpose, significance and literature review. The second part mainly discusses qualitative research method, including sampling method., data collecting and analyzing and so on.The third part focuses on experience of ER night shifts, balance factors and career plans. The relationship between the three categories is also discussed in this part. The forth part contains research conclusion, limitation of the research and suggestion for future researches.
