Perimenopausal syndrome, a common disease that occurs among menopausal women frequently is a syndrome group showing disorder of autonomic nerve and incretion function, gone with mental symptom of somatic nerve, which is caused by the decline of ovarian function and decline of estrogen. The disease incidence rate is high, while the complexity of the clinical symptoms can affect the body more than one organizational function of the system abnormalities. Of the perimenopausal women, there is a greater harm to physical health and mental state, even the quality of life.Ovarian function declining, estrogen withdrawal may cause the disorder of neuroendocrine function and show complex clinical symptoms. Treatment with hormone replacement therapy is given priority with its confirmed curative effect. But the relationship of the occurrence of malignant tumor with hormone dependence has not been clearly, and this treatment still can increase the incidence of thrombotic diseases, so its safety is still in the exploration. To the diagnosis and treatment of perimenopausal syndrome, Chinese medicine has obvious advantages because of its prominent curative effect and rare adverse reactions. According to clinical experience, with1. Don’t forget the kidney empty, not limited in kidney empty;2especially re-adjusted the function of liver;3tranquilization.With these three principles, this method acquire quite fine effect. Objective:Observe the mechanism of the invigorating the kidney; soothing liver and tranquilization to the treatment method of perimenopausal syndrome.Methods:60cases diagnosed patients were randomly divided into the treatment group30, with the herb decoction.30cases to the control group with Chinese patent medicines.8weeks for a period of treatment, before and after the treatment, all the patients’serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteum hormone (LH), estradiol (E2), and the patient’s Kupperman score and TCM syndrome should been separately record.Results:1. The overall efficacy:treatment group total effective rate:96.67%; the control group total effective rate:73.33%. The curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group.2. FSH and LH is lower after the therapy, E2is higher than before. Conclusion:The effect of Chinese medicine is excellent, which could been a recommended scheme to the perimenopausal syndrome. Though there is a change of the index FSH and LH and E2than before, but this was not statistically significant. This treatment could adjust neuroendocrine function presumably, but there are certain limitations of the period of treatment and observation methods, extend the periods and increase the sample size is something to do further more.
