As exhausted of oil resources, biodiesel became the most succedaneum replace of fossil fuel.while, because of various goodness, Jatropha Curcas is recognized as the chief species to product biodiesel. But. low technology and high-costs limited its production, which price even higher than petroleum. So it is necessary to reduce the costs of biodiesel. By-product during biodiesel production from Jatropha curcas seeds utilize become one of the most pathway.26%(19-31%) average protein content, 5%(3.5-6.1%) average neutral fibre,4.2(3.4-5%)average ash content,580-640g crude protein after unshelled,45.7-64.7% crude protein, in which 90% is true protein, per kilogram cake, lead to it is potential to be high-fibre, abundant protein as livestock feed. While,41-43% crude protein in bean cake contrast. So Jatropha curcas seed cake is good substitutes of bean cake. Besides.30% of drinking-water has been polluted,64% ground water of city was been seriousy polluted,61% lake eutrophication in inland, more and more worsen of soil environment, which was cased by 400 millions chemical fertilizers using in our country. It is inevitable choice to using organic fertilizer as green-agriculture and environmenta pollution food, Otherwise it is also proved suitable to manufacture organic fertilizer using Jatropha curcas seed cake.Existence of toxic restricts its utilization. This paper was concern about detoxification of by-product during biodiesel production from Jatropha curcas seeds using microorganism, which was screened. Three strains(A003、3、E290), which can ferment fastly and proved effect of detoxification, was isolated though 3 model. And though checking by carp model repeatedly. After fermentation, the ratio of detoxification E290 was 100%, A003 was 100%,3 was 90%. The result proved it can utilize as feed.70% growing effection enhanced when as fertilizer using A003,3 strains fermentation production contrast to tobacco weight before and after fermentation. And green vegetables was advances 1.5 times. By morphological and molecular approaches, A003 was identified as Aspergillus versicolor,3 was identified as Streptomyces.fimicariu, E290 was identified as Scopulariopsis.brevicaulis. A lot of diversification strains from identify result can degradation toxicant.We get two mix-compound though activity guide finally, chemical composition of toxicity was not PE by TLC, HPLC analysis may be Jatropha curcasl. Terpene alcohol.This study proved feasibility that Jatropha curcas seeds cake detoxification using microorganism. And the strains can detoxifica toxicity compositions in short time. Provide resource of microorganism for utilize Jatropha curcas L industrialization.
