Artillery is a vital member of the weapon system, and the precision and informatization of ammunition is one of the hot research topic, it’s also the inevitable trend of the development of artillery in the future. Guidance-shell is the product of precision or informatization of ammunition, it combines the advantages of ordinary shell and missile, convenient to launch, low cost, and at the same time, has a high precision strike. TV remote control guidance is one of the important research direction of guidance shell, and the core contentin of the remote-guidance-system design, is the design of struction transmission system.This article mainly research work is for the TV remote control guidance command transmission system design and its realization. This article firstly introduces the overall structure and principle of television remote control guidance system, which instruction transmission system works in. Then introduce the model and related principles of instruction-transmission-system, including wireless channel characteristics, coding principle and demodulation principle, etc. On this basis, analyse the basic principle and composition of the system, and gives the detailed scheme for the design of the system, at the same time, uses the software of Matlab to design the scheme of the simulation modeling of the system, and experimentalize to verify the feasibility and correctness of the scheme. the design includes setting-frame and coding of the data, gaussian filter and GFSK modulation for transmitter part. and the down-conversion, carrier synchronization and GFSK differential demodulation, etc. The last comprehensive consider to choose a suitable for practical engineering application solutions, then complete the system hardware platform design in Protel software, including schematic diagram, PCB design, in addition to complete part of the software design and debugging. and finally realize the remote control guidance command transmission system, that works in the effective data code rate of50kbps by using NRF905, experimentalize to test the function and performance of the system, the test results show the validity and feasibility of the system design.
