Small power wireless energy transmission system has been playing a broad and important role in the application of modern society, such as mobile phones, digital cameras and electric toothbrushes and other small-power appliances, it is more secure, convenient, relative to traditional energy transmission technology and therefore it has broad prospects. Small power wireless energy transfer has been a lot of research and application, but the current development status has a certain distance to market completely, fully productized.Small power wireless energy transmission system has research space in terms of efficient use of the energy of the system, the efficient coupling and transmission power adjustment.First the general scheme of the system design has been given, the design includes a choice of the mode of energy transmission, modeling and analysis of electromagnetic induction coupling model, as well as the entire system, including the various modules, and describes the key technologies of the system.It has studied on the system of primary energy emission technology, full-bridge, half-bridge topology and power amplifier emission.Characteristics of Class D and Class E push-pull power amplifier modeling has been given. Class D power amplifier as a transmitter circuit and the resonant circuit have been designed.In order to improve the level of the coupling efficiency, it has been analyzed the characteristics of the initial system between the four compensation method, the coupling coil of the system has been optimal designed and the selection of the core.the primary transmission power adjusting method has been studied for the secondary power requirement.Pulse frequency modulation (PFM) and pulse width modulation (PWM) united control method has been put forward, secondary send information to primary to adjust the resonant frequency of the system,using PFM method and then PWM method is used for transmit power adjustment.Finally completed the engineering prototype production, has carried on the function test, verified the performance of wireless energy transmission system.
