The geogrid reinforced soil retaining wall is a kind of light-retaining engineeringstructure and compound structure, which is composed of facing panel, reinforcementand filling. It depend on the friction between reinforcement and filling, balancehorizontal soil pressure of facing panel received and resist the soil pressure produced byfilling of tail of the lacing wire, so as to ensure the stability of the whole structure. Itwas used widely as retaining structure in many types of civil engineering, such ashighway engineering, railway engineering, water transport engineering and waterconservancy project and so on; enormous economic benefits, social benefits andenvironmental benefits were obtained. At the same time, it is unfavorable to bepopularized and applied, because of reinforced soil wall’s complicated pressure,remarkable interplay mechanism between soil and reinforcement, low efficiency andneed to be calculated in a large amount. It is one of the important contents ofdevelopment of technology of reinforced soil to study deeply, introduce technology ofCAD actively, shorten design cycle and advance design quality.In this thesis, the author adopt up-to-date design principle of developcomputer-aided design system for the geogrid reinforced soil wall of highway. Systemadopt visual c++.net as program development tool, try to quote the objected-orientedidea and apply the objected-oriented programming mode, so as to make the softwareread-in, record and output conveniently, and have even more readability, portability andmaintainability.The thesis first introduces the friction reinforcement theory and quasi cohesivestrength mechanism, on the basis of which the design requirements of geogirdreinforcement soil retaining wall are introduced with an engineering case given todemonstrate it.The software has realized the automatic drawing of the design drawing and theconstruction drawing, and the calculation of the geogird reinforcement soil retainingwall. The realization of the software can reduce the working intensity and improving theaccuracy.
