The bolt reinforcement technology has been widely applied not only in the field of engineering, underground and foundation engineering, geotechnical engineering, and has now been widely used in water conservancy, energy, transportation and other infrastructure and urban high-rise buildings and modernization. Disc bolt is a new bolt, compared to conventional bolt not only improves the ultimate bearing capacity, reducing the displacement of the top, and the number of anchor plate, disc diameter and the flexibility to adjust the spacing can be adapted to a variety of reinforcement works. To this end, the experimental and theoretical research on this new disc bolt main contents and results are as follows:1.Determine the various components of the cement-soil compressive and shear strength, and to identify the most reasonable relationship between the ratio between the components. By changing the experimental size, anchor thorn, cement mortar strength and curing age parameters, comparative analysis of various factors disc bolt cohesion relationship and find the best match between each factor.2.indoor model simulation test, the system analyzes the the disc bolt anchoring interface shear stress-strain curves, top load-displacement curve, disc bolt bearing capacity factors. Summed up the size of the anchor plate, bolt spacing, anchor plate number and strength of Geotechnical Materials ultimate bearing capacity and the relevant conclusions.3. Interface based on the anchoring layer elastic-plastic load transfer curve, the elastic-plastic analysis of shear displacement method on the bearing capacity of the disc bolt, to establish a single disc bolt three failure modes and disc bolt two failure modeThe Capacity Calculation method and compared with experimental data verification.4. Finite element software ANSYS12.0analog single bolt in the top drawing loads of force, comparative analysis of rock and soil changes in the elastic stage and inelastic phase displacement and stress fields.
