Gantry crane is a large-scale lifting and handling equipment which canreduce labor intensity and improve operational efficiency.It lifts and transportsobjects cyclically in space, hanging heavy objects with a hook or other extractdevices and its bridge beam supported by legs on the tracks.With the expansion of the field and raising of the level of CAD applications,due to not aim at a certain industry, commercial and general-purpose CADsoftware systems such as Pro/E, SolidEdge etc., can not fully meet the needs ofusers, although they basically covers the entire manufacturing. In order to meetthe specific design requirements of the different products and to achieve thedesired effect desired by the designers, the development of professional softwarewhich meet the respective characteristics and requirements of differententerprises is needed, that is making general-purpose CAD software to be usedconveniently by different customer. The development and use of professionalmechanical CAD system come into being.Professional mechanical CAD software is used to assist design professionalmechanical. Herein professional mechanical generally refers to non-standardmachinery which is single or small batch production, mostly belonging to theheavy machinery, such as lifting machinery, transport machinery.The development of professional mechanical CAD system integrates visualdesign, optimize design, parametric drawing, graphics support software, thesoftware interface technology, software integration technology etc., achieves thehigh efficiency computer-aided design of professional mechanical.Currently, the object-oriented method is mainly applied during theprofessional mechanical CAD system development in the realization of theprofessional mechanical CAD system, namely Object-Oriented Design andProgram (OOD-Object Oriented Design and OOP-Object Oriented Program)but the analysis and design of the professional mechanical CAD system is basedon structured analysis and design (SA&D).To solve the above problem, gantry crane metal structure CAD system as a whole is researched under the guidance of object-oriented theory, the OOAmodel of the CAD system is established and the detailed process guidance andengineering strategies are given. In addition how to implement the mainfunctions of the gantry crane metal structure CAD system based on the OOAmodel is discussed. |
