At the present time,the all-electric vehicles show explosive growth in our country,and with power batteries are going to be decommissioned in about five to seven years.Therefore,it will face a problem for a lot of scrapped power batteries.The methods are particularly important for green and reasonable treatment scrapped power batteries,because of the one contains not only many precious materials but also a large amount of substances which are detrimental to environment.It can cause resources to waste and also bring the environmental pollution,if we do not to deal with or cannot deal with.For these scrapped power battery we should first is cascade utilization,and dismantling recycle of valuable materials is the best option for those that can not cascade utilization or has been scrappde battery of cascade utilization.For the moment,the main recycling methods of scrapped lithium ion battery is to extracting valuable element(Li ?Ni ?Co?Mn? Al ?Cu)of batteries by wet-process or pyrogenic process in our country.But for the be recycled carbon anode materials from scrapped power battery,there is no proven regenerative method.In respond to this problem,the dissertation chose anode waste materials in the scrap batteries scrap as object of study,and researched it on the regeneration.To look forward to anode materials of regeneration can meet the requirement of reuse.In the waste anode materials,the main impurities are acetylene black(AB),styrene butadiene rubber(SBR),carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)and lithium,iron,copper and so on.In this paper,the method of heat treatment in air is used to purify the anode waste.And the effects of impurity removal of heat treatment temperature on anode waste materials has been studied.It was found that 600 degrees celsius has the best effect of removing impurities(most of the AB and all of the SBR and CMC are removed),and however there is a great gap on electrochemical property between the unused graphite.The requirements for reuse are not met.Subsequently,so further the anode materials of after heat treatment were coated with phenolic resin in the dissertation.The electrochemical performance tests has showed that the performance of the coated modification than before coating is improve significantly.Although it's still slightly worse than the unused graphite,the performance of regenerated anode material has exceed the midrange graphite from the same type.And it has meet the requirements of reuse,and the results indicate that is the effective regeneration process.
