Shandong Province Water Resources Management Countermeasures

Water resources are environmental resources of biological survival, material base of human survival, indispensable to human beings in natural resources and socio-economic development is an important guarantee for sustainable development. Water supply shortage has been gradually exposed, it has become the main problem obstructing to socio-economic development in Jinan city. The contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in Shandong province become increasingly serious these years. Therefore it is necessary to do unified water resources manage to realize effective and equitable distribution between different regions and water users so that sustainable utilization of water resources and socio-economic development can be achieved. The main contents and results are as follows:(1) Based on explaning the integrated water management pattern and analyzing present problems in China’s water management. In additional irrational water structure, inefficient water use, inadequate water resource management mechanisms make the gap between supply and demand of water resources gradually increased.(2) The paper draw some conclusions that a certain method of the water management should be adopted, and give a brief discussion on what should be done to operate this management pattern. The research on water resources management is helpful to achieve the excellent use of excellent water, near use of near water and dynamic control of water so that limited water resources could bring about maximum socio-economic and environmental benefits, which has important practical significance to sustainable use of water resources and sustainable spring spewing and socio-economic development.
