With the fast development of the modern times sciences and technologies, human call for more and more rigorous on kinds of technical index in the field of industrial control, and also call for more and more accurate on the measure of every index. While pressure measurement is one of the most important part in modern industry measurement. If there are some deviations or even some measure errors on pressure measure, it will take huge personal and property loss. Hence, the key requirement on pressure measure is accuracy.This paper aims to elaborate the design on multichannel pressure measure system, including hardware design and software driver design. Firstly, according to the consumer’s requirements, the system function and kinds of technical index have been confirmed, on the basis of which, compared with the advantages and disadvantages of the three design proposals, the overall design framework has been confirmed, and has finished to choose kinds of the key function modules. After that, this paper gives a detailed introduction on the hardware system design, software driver design and solutions to kinds of problems occurred in debug the hardware and software system. Finally, analyse the shortcoming of this design and give an outlook to the future work.This paper adopts embedded industrial personal computer as the major control module of overall system, and choose data acquisition card matched with industrial personal computer bus. It saves the system design time and debug time by adopting modularization design, greatly speeds up the system development progress, makes sure the system reliability and the system improvement and upgrade afterwards. According to set the index of the data acquisition card, and optimization of software driver, it has implemented to capture the multichannel pressure, which also can reach the accuracy requirement of this system.The measure module designed in this paper is the lower machine of the overall system, can communicate by means of TCP and the host computer. According to the overall debug with the host computer, such measure module can incomplete the multichannel pressure measure and can satisfy consumer’s requirement. At the same time it is also of great realistic significance.
