In recent years, with the importance of cultural heritage protection, and awareness of energysaving enhancements, the increase of the existing housing had converted more and moreattention。As an additional layer alterations more commonly used in a way,enclosing frame s inshape have structural features of large span, tall floor column and more engineering costs.Inorder to meet the characteristics of the force, the conventional design often based on this methodwhich is easy to result in larger sectional area than it’s necessary, step to improve the projectcost,also to cause the incovience inusing. Frame structure optimum design can not onlyefficiently utilize materials in the construction but also get positive economic effect.Through modeling,we analyze internal force of the single beams of the enclosing framestructure under the conditions of different distributing pattern with structural calculation softwarePKPM. Following the state technical standard about it, and resorting to Variable Metric Methodoptimum design to optimize the enclosing frame structure.The structure is divided into singlebeam member, which is optimized by the Division and ultimately achieve overall optimizationby this way. Adjusting the optimization results, resorting to the calculation software PKPM tocalculation and review the internal force of the of the frame structure,and getting the optimalsolution finally.Structural optimization design takes full advantage of computer technology, and greatlyimproved the spped and accuracy of the design of structure. It break the traditional pattern ofstructural design, reducing the tedious design work, and improve the reasonableness of thestructural design,getting great economic benefits.In addition,we also disscusing the particularityof the enclosing framework structure in this article, optimizing the manual digging pile of largediameter which is fitting the enclosing framework structure. Combining with the projectexamples, we have improved the feasibility of optimized design and achieved satisfactory resultsThe optimal design method of reinforced concrete frame structure proposed in this paperis not only for this type of structure, but also provides some reference value for the buildings ofother types.
