High-speed railway project is the new rapidly-developing infrastructure, it’s to develop a foundation for effectively improving the long-term traffic congestion and the situation of being late.In recent years, along with increasing-speed and large-scale development, more and more high-speed railway project come into people’s view. High-speed railway construction is a complex and huge project, involving multiple participants that the Railway Administration in the lead agency for the construction, railway construction side, supervision and advisory bodies and other parties to participate in the completion. In its ongoing cooperation and the process of gradually increasing degree of specialization, it emerges a large number of interface issues。 Management of various forms of interface issues becomes one of the key points for high-speed railway construction and management. In this paper, I study the interface management of high-speed railway construction, combined with the use of systems theory, collaborative theory and integration theory.High-speed rail’s features are one-time, continuous, non-reproducibility. As a unique product, the interface management goes throughout the project starting and the planning stage, implementation and monitoring stage and evaluation and feedback stage. It will also appear in the latter part of the future operational stage of the project which means the interface management exists in the entire project life cycle.First of all, from the perspective of the starting and planning stage, this paper discusses about the analysis, identification and definition of the technical interface. Combined with the system theory thoughts, it advises interface management organizational structure and the working process, work plans and communication way, and summarizes the scope of the interface defined in the contract management, contract incentive and restraint methods.Secondly, from the perspective of the implementation and monitoring stages, the paper summarizes the implementation measures and monitoring methods of the existing high-speed railway construction project, to explore the issues. it discusses the new theory of implementation and monitoring methods, processes and methods.Again, on the evaluation and feedback stage, based on the perspective of the practical lessons learned with the use of analogy, it explores the interface management of the evaluation methods, evaluation, feedback methods and mechanisms of formation.Finally, this papers selects related engineering practice of a high-speed railway "Four electric " catenary project, combined with the relevant management theory, to verify the theoretical system of previously prepared with the use of its science and nature and provide a reference for future practice.
