Evaluation Index System Of Green Mining Construction Of Community Harmony

With the rapid economic and social development, the contradiction betweensupply and demand of mineral resources in China have become increasinglyprominent. High intensity mine exploitation not only effectively improved theresource protection ability, but also brought many problems to China’s miningindustry, especially to the construction of harmonious community. Developing greenmining is a strategic move made after scientific analysis of the current situation.Community harmony is, not only, the core of developing green mining, but also apremiss in mining industry to build harmonious society. However, the study on greenmining and harmony community evaluation system is still at an early stage.In this study, based on the mine environmental change monitoring technologyand green mine assessment research project,with the application of field research anddata analysis,Green mining harmony community evaluation system was established.through expert scoring method and AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method,we successfully made the evaluaions for Beijing Souyun iron mine, Gansu Zaozigougold mine and Yunnan Kunyang phosphate mine. The main results are as follows:1.Established a green mining community harmony evaluation index system bythe following criterion:"degree of hamony between company and local people","degree of company internal harmony","degree of harmony between company andgovernment" and "harmony with nature".2.According to the results of the investigation of all the criterion, with the use ofmathematical methods, three typical mining company were evaluated. With the use ofthe evaluation index, the three mining company are all rated as excellent.3.Based on the analysis of the results of the evaluation, we find several keyfactors that constraints the three typical mining company in green mining communityharmony construction.Thus basis for decision making for the three mining companyfor the subsequent harmonious community building work is provided.
