Tongluoguzhining plaster has been reformed to a new type of traditional Chinese medicine plaster for external use.It includes:1. The research of extraction technology: The research was proceed by using orthogonal test and the content of Sinomenine and the yield rate as indicators. The optimal extract processing was6times volume70%ethanol, first time for120minutes, second time for60minutes with Safflower Geranium wilfordii, extracting two times;2. The research of the cataplasm’s preparation process:It studied how and how much the base material has been put into by L16(4) orthogonal test and temperciance, Permanent adhesion and sensory evaluation as quantitative Indicators. The result is that rosin: beeswax:sesame oil:Lanolin=10:2:1:1.It has done the limit test for heavy metals of the optimized base material;3. The result is that compare with the old Tongluoguzhining plaster high, medium and low dose group the new Tongluoguzhining plaster high, medium and low dose group has significant difference in abirritation and anti Inflammation action.
