Based On The Cloud Platform Of Iron And Steel Research And Implementation Of Manufacturing Cost Management System

In recent years, the level of cost management information technology of China’s iron and steel manufacturing group companies is rising continuously, the cost management information technology’s range of group affiliated manufacturing companies has shown signs of scale. However, the implementation of group and its affiliates’ s IT system has the following problems:Information systems’s building is inefficient, implementation costs of information technology are high. In the implementation of cost management systems, the affiliates need to take a one-time purchase of software and hardware investment risk. The affiliates need professional system administrators to maintain the system. On group size expansing, the scalability of existing information systems is very weak.For solving the problems in the process of building enterprise information system, this article, on the basis of the enterprise private cloud platform, studies the implementation of the cost management system based on the cloud platform applications with multi-tenant database technology and virtualization technology for group corporation and its affiliats information system construction. SaaS model allows affiliates do not have to buy hardware and software. It not only helps affiliates reduce the cost of investment in information technology, but also provides affiliates convenience delivery. The information system based on cloud computing platform, addition to the SaaS model’s advantages, can provides users the solution including resource virtualization, parallel deployment and personalized service etc. To establish a private cloud platform can make iron and steel manufacturing group enjoy a higher level of information technology services with its acceptable costs.
