In accordance with Wison coal chemical industry plant produced wastewater this article makes an analysis.,And compares the advantages and disadvantages of several wastewater treatment method. We determined the two stage of A/O process combined with the actual situation of the companyTwo sets of A/O device refluxs theirselves,and they are independent in this paper. Through the selection of different process parameters,it makes two stage A/O process undertake different functions.Two stage A/O process system can remove COD effectivly, and it solves the problems of Sludge age of Nitrogen and phosphorus removal. By running the data, the effluent quality is greatly reduced. Especially ammonia reaches the standard of country two stage water discharge.By running,we find that nitrifying bacteria cultures slowly. Treatment effect is very bad In the early. Removal rate of COD is low. We tried to increase the carbon source but failed.Activity of nitrifying bacteria is decreased significantly under low temperature.The mainly reason is that the temperature is the important environmental factors affect the digestion reaction.
