The thesis adopt hydrothermal synthesis method to synthetise zeolite.Influence factors are temperature, time, the ratio of sodium and silicon and the ratio of water and sodium.Use the synthesized zeolit fomed in different conditions to treat analogue ammonia nitrogen waste water of1000mg·L-12h in condition of normal atmospheric temperature and pH=8.It’s best to synthetise zeolite in the condition of react8h, react temperature at100℃, the ratio of sodium and silicon is3, the ratio of water and sodium is120.The zeolite synthesesed in this condition has the capacity of13.5mg·g-1in treatment of ammonia nitrogen waste water.Use the zeolie formed in best condition to treat analogue ammonia nitrogen waste water.The influence factors are initial ammonia nitrogen concentration, the ratio of solid and liquid, temperature, time and pH.Investigate the react condition of zeolite treating ammonia nitrogen waste water.The synthesesed zeolite can treat ammonia nitrogen waste water in condition of nomal temperature and neutral.It gets the adsorption equilibrium in30minutes.The ratio of solid and liquid can be regulated in need.Fitted the adsorption isotherm of synthesized zeolite.Setted up the dynamics model of synthesized zeolite treated ammonia nitrogen waste water.The adsorption isotherm of synthesized zeolite adjust to Langmuir equation, belonging to the single-layer adsorption.The adsorption rate of synthesesed zeolite can be described with Lagergren1level rate equation and2level equation.Scanning electron microscopy showed that there is no distinct difference in specific surface area between synthesesed zeolite and natural zeolite.X fluorescence showed that the synthesesing process reduced he silica alumina ratio greatly, and improved make the ion exchange capacity.
