The sewage treatment station of China Institute of Atomic Energyuses biological contact oxidation to treatment sewage water. After thesewage treatment plant operated, purificated water discharged organized,which solved the sewage problem. We carried out a series of processimprovements, to accommodate the increasing requirements ofenvironmental protection.Completion of laboratory analysis can be a very good analysis ofwater quality monitoring, to guide production. Sewage treatment plantput into operation, we have discovered in the course of running a lot ofproblems, we made a series of sewage treatment plant transformation, toensure the security and stability of the sewage station has played apositive role. Blower cooling water of the transformation to ensure thesafe operation of the blower, eliminating the security risks; sludgedewatering system modification solve the problem of disposal of sludgedewatering; sand filter backwash tank air line transformation in the watersystem to ensure the normal operation; contact oxidation processtransformation does not destroy the premise of the original building,extending the pool of water in the oxidation residence time, to ensure theeffluent discharge standards; sludge thickener and transformation of theanti-mud block inlets to prevent surface drainage pump the sludge intothe complex, to prevent the secondary pollution; contact oxidation tankvalve modified to extend the contact oxidation tank and secondarysettling tank to stay time, greatly reduce the suspended solids and COD.The operation of the sewage treatment station, making for manyyears in our hospital and office complex sewage drainage fugitiveemissions, long plagued the normal scientific and life issues arecompletely resolved.
