After analysis, we believe that negative value in the application of gene technology is not and should not be the decisive value of the gene technology.Negative value in the process of gene technology derived from the alienation of the gene technology, analysis of gene technology alienation in deep level, we will find that, it is based on the uncertainty of the world. Some things that we believe have the ascertainity such as the awareness and knowledge about the genes will lose their ascertainity with the change of time and space conditions, the world is uncertain on the total range of time and space development. In practical applications, mind about genes which are uncertain be change into gene technology, and in uncertain time, those gene technology which the results are uncertain too be used in the field of uncertainty by uncertain factors just as benefit purpose, so many unexpected questions show to us, as a result of those behavior, gene technology depart from its nature of Hume beings and become into alienation, those negative values that gene technology shows affected people to the correct value judgment about it.Alienation of gene technology are not mean that gene technology is unreasonable but a result of the social reality that only care benefits which is a result of Human behavior, so in the final analysis, it is Human inappropriate behavior resulted in the alienation of the gene technology. The application of gene technology is the nature of the Human activities to the fundamental, it is the essence of the power of Human reality show and also is the self-corroboration about the power of human nature, so it is Human to research create and use the gene technology, human will always be the main body of the gene technology, the results of gene technology whether to use, when to use, how to use and which fields to use all depends on the selection of human. So what kind of consequences and impact gene technology will produce is not related to technical things, it all base on the choice and control of human.
