Study On The E-government Of Investigation Delimitation

The importance of the basic data was gradually realized by people with theapplication of e-government after a long time, and without the basic data,the superiorityof e-government system is difficult to show.The construction of e-government system isan important part of the Land and Resources Information’s construction.With theexamination and approval’s exploration and research of investigation delimitationprocess, special operations and its data was merged to operational systems, based onland and resources of e-government platform. With the development of e-governmentsystem and merging, transformation and upgrading of existing business system, theintegration of integrated government system applications was quickly achieved,andalong with the depth,expandration and integration of the system applications, redundantconstruction was avoided, the system’s development efficiency and maintenance levelwas improved.Also,the system’s more comprehensive sharing and interoperabilityof.basic business information was achieved.This thesis proposed the business needs of the investigation delimitation businesssystem,including functional requirements,business process needs,database buldingneeds, and research the analysis of the integration data, system’s functional andrequirements of the administrative approval. Business systems-governent platform forinvestigation delimitation was built by designing the system architecture, datadatabase,data management, program,data updating and maintenance of programrespectively;At the same time, investigation delimitation system was set up through thee-government process design, business forms design, investigation delimitationdatabase design；At last, investigation delimited data processing,results output andmanagement,exchange was realized in the way of business scheduling model for landresources investigation delimitation eventually.,together with systematic andstreamlined approval for investigation delimitation.By using the investigation delimitation business system to deal with land andresources business,the efficiency of the investigation delimitation was improved,theerror rate was reduced,the lack of traditional investigation delimitation method was made up,and it is useful for actual operation of the business management.Based on thebasis of land and resources and derivative information, the spatial data and basicgeographic data of land and resources, integration data of attribute information, andbasis data environment of management and application services integration wasbuilt,which met the run needs of e-government system for land and resources at alllevels,to achive multi-level information sharing and interoperability, the integration ofspatial data and attribute information data,and better serving the business approval anddecision-making for land and resources departments at all levels.
