Chaos is a new discipline, through decades of research and development, has gradually combined with Physics, biological engineering, economics, etc. Financial crisis as a performance of unstable financial chaos system has more attention. Control financial chaos system become a practical significance. This paper mainly aiming at a classic financial chaos system, use impulse control and impulsive synchronization, through simulation control chaotic systems effectively. We get conclusion that in different initial value and parameters (economic development in different countries and regions), financial chaos system through impulse control attain synchronous (economic synchronous development). The results provide theoretical basis and method for different countries economic development, and control the generation of the financial crisis. This paper mainly include the following content:First expounded theory of knowledge of the chaotic control and chaos synchronization, and introduce three chaos classic system:Lorenz system, Rossler system and Chua circuit. Second by impulse control the financial chaos system, through the chaos theory and Matlab simulation, use translation transform make balance moves to the origin, and transit to the stable state, so the method of impulse control to such financial chaos system control and synchronization is feasible. At last, by choosing different initial value make impulse control synchronous development. There are many regret place in this paper, in discussing the control of unstable balance, only research one balance for impulse control. This paper limited in the chaotic control of theoretical research and simulation, less combine with the actual, in these respects need further development.
