The Research In Selecting And Training Minority Grassroots Cadres In The Ethnic Areas

The development of ethnic areas has a strong relationship with China’s reform and development. Most national regions lie in remote frontier areas such as animal grass-roots, and development of national region will directly restrict and influence the overall level of development in national regions. As national regions grassroots cadres from among ethnic minorities, who shoulder the important task of various careers of the development of national regions, grassroots cadres of ethnic minorities become the platoon guide of developing grass-roots society economy and other undertakings of national regions. Selecting and training excellent grassroots cadres of ethnic minorities is an important part of perfecting our national policy and is also an important tie of promote the feelings between compatriots. So it is quite meaningful to vigorously select and train grassroots cadres of ethnic minorities for developing grassroots career and benefit the grassroots people. This article elaborates achievements in theory and the situations on work of selecting and training various minority cadres from domestic academic circles, and intrduced the selection and cultivation of minority nationality cadres. Then this paper introduces the ways of choosing and training grassroots cadres of ethnic minorities, and also clarify the reality and historical reasons that restrict the development of minority cadres in the national regions. Secondly, a few problems that exist in the grassroots people are put forward and explain to the corresponding problems respectively. Then from the policy, the-ability, morality, etc some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward for the selection work of basic level national cadres. And finally through the training of the political theory, business ability, moral, national culture, bilingual ability, ability of dealing with emergency, in the term of the training work of the basic level minority cadres, suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
