Research On Party Construction In New Economic And Soical Organizations

With the establishment and development of socialist market economy, profound change of social organizational shape and lifestyle, and ulteriorly transformation of government function, some new society organizations such as social groups, private non enterprise units and intermediary organization, which become an important power of social economic life of China. New society organizations, as the new relying of basic party organization, is a new field of basic party building work, which also bring a new problem and challenge of basic party building work. Currently, the study for the party building mechanism of new society organizations is very less in China. The work experience and research scope are mainly concentrated on the circumlittoral developed zone of China. And the universality of research results is low. Meanwhile, there are a lot of weak links in the basic party building work of new society organizations, and which is universal in a certain range.In this paper, we propose the definition of new society organizations, then analysis its main features and review the development situation. Then the development situation of new society organizations is introduced. Meanwhile, the obvious effects of a series of party building work includin party organizations of new society organizations and contingent construction of party members, are showed by the present situation investigation and case analysis of new society organization party building work in Leshan City. But there are numbers of problems in new society organization party building work, such as smalmler coverage area, lower attractiveness of party organization activities, lag-management in troops of party members, lesser number of new party members, no obvious effect of vanguard role. Then the cause of the mian problems of new society organization party building work including its own characteristics, thought and mentality, management system, conservative working mode, no clear function orientation, scant safeguard measures, are analyzed by the principles of organizational behavior. Finally, the countermeasures and measures of strengthen the new society organization party building work are proposed, which contain improving the ideological cognition and following the principles of new society organization party building work, and energetically promoting the new society organization party building work.
