Investigation And Research On The Current Situation Of Party Construction In Private Schools In The Stage Of Compulsory Education ——Take City C As An Example

Private compulsory education schools are an important part of socialist education with Chinese characteristics and undertake the important task of cultivating socialist builders and successors.Due to the different leadership systems of private compulsory education schools,there are differences in management system and operation mechanism between private compulsory education schools and public compulsory education schools,which makes the work of Party construction more complex and difficult.Private compulsory education schools must creatively carry out party construction in combination with their own situation and give full play to the political core role of Party organizations.Through the methods of interview and questionnaire,this paper investigates the party construction work of private compulsory education schools in C City.Through the research on the role orientation of Party organizations,party organization construction,ideological,political and moral education and the guarantee mechanism of Party construction,it is found that although the party construction work of private compulsory schools has been gradually standardized in recent years,there are still problems that the school board of directors does not pay enough attention to it The Party branch construction of the university is not perfect,the overall level of party affairs workers needs to be strengthened,the party construction funds are not in place,and the responsibilities of local Party committees are not in place.In this regard,in view of the current situation and existing problems of Party Construction in private compulsory education schools,this paper puts forward further improvement suggestions from four aspects: security mechanism,function orientation,organization construction and ideological,political and moral education: strengthening the leadership of Party Construction in private schools;Give full play to the political core role of Party organizations;Improve the construction of Party organizations;Do a good job in Ideological and political education and moral education.
