China is an agricultural producing countries, farmers’ life rely on the land, which is not only their production, but also a vehicle to achieve protection of their lives. The rapid development of urbanization makes a lot of rural land expropriation, with the gradual reduction of rural collective land, to make sure 18 million mu of arable land and the task is not a slack. Moreover, farmers lost their basic living after losing land, and course "farmers no land, no work and no social security" which called the three non-farmers, which becomes the key focus of farmers’problem. In the land acquisition process of urbanization the key is to give farmers reasonable compensation, which is to solve farmers living and re-employment after losing land. At the same time, improving our legal system, achieving that there are laws to go by. Therefore improving our system of land expropriation and the establishment of an effective way of compensation for land acquisition is particularly important.This article is divided into five parts, namely Introduction, rural collective land acquisition of the main structure, the process of urbanization in the interests of rural collective land acquisition and compensation adjustments, the rural collective land acquisition and coordination of a conflict of interest in China’s rural collective land Construction of collection system.Chapter Introduction, Introduce to some of the major issues raised, literature review, The main content and basic ideas, the research methods and innovation.
