The Choice Of The Artistic Value Of Chinese Contemporary Poetic Movie

In the face of the non-aesthetics tendency of Hollywood blockbusters, the artistic value of movie aesthetics has been heavily influenced. At the same time, the development of poetic movie, which is an important movie proposition, has been dropped into the dilemma of maintaining its own style or being associated with business. At present, the research on the development of Chinese contemporary poetic movie hasn’t come into notice in academia. Up to now, there isn’t any systematic research monographs in domestic. The studies of this proposition are mainly about the cases of individual directors, and there hasn’t been many papers and books which study the choices of artistic value of Chinese contemporary poetic movie. In this thesis, the poetic movie of Huo Jianqi is the main object, and this thesis discusses the heritage of his aesthetic ideology on the basis of studying the choices of his movie aesthetics, also, this thesis will do some further study on the contradiction between Huo Jianqi and Chinese contemporary poetic movie. This thesis tries to regain the Chinese local poetic movie’s aesthetic taste, and finds a way out for the Chinese movie which is different from the trend of the western movie. We hope to insist on the choice of the artistic value which is with Chinese characteristics and get back to the poetic connotation of oriental classical culture, and maintain long-term development of the Chinese national movie.
