Zhang Wei, one of the most important writers in the Chinese Contemporary Literature, is very concerned about the individual ethical situation of the past century. The research about goodness and badness, history and justice, development and justice in Zhang Wei’works is valuable. Research from the ethical point of view can be more directly, accurately and in-depth to grasp Zhang Wei’s creative theme and creative thinking. This paper attempts to research Zhang Wei’s novels from a philosophical point, to analyze the ethics in Zhang Wei novel’s novel systematically and objectively, to evaluate their ethical values.The paper is divided into four parts. First part is mainly to explore the "good" and "evil" in his novels. The second part of the paper mainly discusses the paradox of history and ethics. The third part of the paper mainly discusses the ecological ethics in Zhang Wei’s novel. The fourth chapter mainly discusses Zhang Wei’s cultural ethical criticism and its value. In the1990s culture environment, he insisted that scholars should be the moral models, which is the basic requirement to the traditional Chinese scholar. The moral anomies of mass culture also become one of the most important reasons to against the modernization.
