The paper has a combination of form and meaning, synchronic and diachronic descriptions.Its synchronic materials are Sifenlv and Binaiye, which were translated by Zhu Fonian in JinDynasty and belonged to Buddhism Vinaya. And its Diachronic materials are the classic literaturefrom Pre-Qin period to Eastern Han Dynasty. Absorbing the achievements in Modern Linguistics,Semantics and Cognitive Linguistics, we make a synchronic study on five members in ConceptualField of “Shiyuâ€(which means “givingâ€), that is,“Shiâ€,“Yuâ€,“Fuâ€,“Yiâ€,“Shouâ€, etc. At themeantime, their references and developing situations are also analyzed in term of diachronic.The paper is divided into four parts:In Chapter One, we introduce the reason and the current situation of the research, elaboratethe research technique and point out the purpose.In Chapter Two and Three, we respectively describe the distribution of five members infollowing four periods, Pre-Qin period, Western Han Dynasty, Eastern Han Dynasty and theperiod of Wei and Jin Dynasties. We regard each period as a diachronic level.Chapter Four is a conclusion based on above research. We conclude the developing situationof each member in four periods above. |
