Research On Character And Words Teaching In <Tanghua Zuanyao>1-2Volume

Tanghua Zuanyao was one of the most important textbooks of teaching Chineseas a second language as well as one of the most important corpus of the study on theWriting in the Vernacular at that time. And it is now recognized as the first teachingbook of Tang Dialect compiled by the Japanese Sinologist named Okajima CrownHill collecting many Chinese vocabulary and phrases.In the early stage of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, it is important tostudy the Japanese Edo period of Chinese teaching, its unique compilation model andshow the advanced teaching thought is to supplement and improve the currentteaching Chinese as a foreign language and compilation of teaching materials are andvaluable.Based on the "Tanghua Zuanyao"1-2volume words as the research object,from the perspective of teaching of characters, words, phrases, and the compilation ofthe four aspects of a comprehensive study, the advantages and disadvantages, and thenfor the current foreign language teaching and textbook writing proposals.
