This thesis came up with the word of Chinese vocabulary of communication culture from the point of view of the communication culture. We used the questionnaire method to analyze the L2learners’acquisition of Chinese communication culture vocabulary. Stressed the importance of communication culture, and provide some advice for teachers teaching and students learning.In the study of Teaching Chinese to the speakers of other language, only a few people study on the Chinese vocabulary of communication culture. Based on the previous study, we give the definition of the Chinese vocabulary of communication culture, and to clarify the feature of the vocabulary. We listed the vocabulary form four teaching materials which used in the Institute for International Students of Nanjing University.Chapter One is the introduction about the reason of the study, the theoretical study and applied research on Chinese culture vocabulary, cross-cultural communication and the vocabulary of communication culture.Chapter Two is the analysis of the communication culture vocabulary that appeared in four teaching materials which were used for the advanced Chinese learners of Nanjing University, and all those vocabulary used in the HSK dynamic essay corpus. Chapter Three is the analysis of80questionnaires, trying to explain the learning situations of foreign students’Chinese vocabulary of cultural communication. We analyzed the results of the questionnaire from four aspects. We also interviewed foreign students about the questionnaire, looking forward to the reason of the questionnaire.The final chapter is some advice for teachers teaching, students learning and teaching materials writing.
