Chinese language proficiency test (HSK) as a Standardization language test,thatis designed to test the people whose native language is not Chinese.After twenty yearsof development and implementation,it started to research in1984,there were threelevels that is HSK(basis) HSK(primary and secondary) HSK(high).Then it gradualcarry out on November in2009.Now the New HSK still carry out.The New HSK testincluding Written and Oral,Written test points1~6six grade,Oral test points primaryintermediate senior three levels.Putting forward the New HSK remedy the old HSK’s insufficient,what’s more,toadapt to the need’s of the time.This paper briefly discusses some problems of thebackground of the new HSK test,the need of reform,developing situation and thedevelopment trend of future.Through the comparison with the old HSK test,to theNew HSK test,the feature of structure and the design brief analysis of the topic,makeeveryone have a more comprehensive understanding to the New HSK.As a language test,there must be the purpose and significance of the test,the reliabilityand validity of the test are two very important basis to evaluate test results,wether thetest was successful,the reliability and validity are emphasis.Validity is the core of atest problem.Therefore,in this paper,on the basis of the study on the development ofthe new HSK and implementation,the research to listening and reading and therelationship between the reliability and validity of the new HSK is very important.toexplore the variety of topic of the listening and reading comprehension questionswhether comprehensively investigates the students’ability,thus to investigate theefficacy of the new HSK test,which way deserve to inherit and carry forward,whichaspects should make effective adjustment.In order to put forward some referencesuggestion to the new HSK exam system and the implementation of the future,tomake the new HSK will be improved. The new HSK test which combination of test and teaching is also a problemworthy to be discussed.This paper on the basis of the relationship inspects the newHSK and teaching Chinese as a foreign language,under the influence of the newHSK,to research Chinese teaching’s ways and methods easily,hope to combining withthe new HSK test and teaching effectively.Make the students and tutors know how todo,the examinee response to the new HSK test more effective,and improvement ofability from many aspects,such as listening、speaking、reading and writing.Toencourage the majority of Chinese learners to advance in the learning Chinese road.
